1. What facilities do you offer?

​

• We are a Pet Resort located in Chicalim, 1.5 km from Dabolim International Airport, Goa. We offer Pet Boarding, a dedicated Pet Pool with a completely fenced play area with swimming pools for your pets to go off leash under supervision. We operate a cage-free facility. 

• We offer pet grooming with our grooming partners Scoopy Scrub Goa for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and birds and have a dedicated grooming room inside the villa. We also have a full-service Scoopy Scrub Goa grooming salon located in Caranzalem.

• We have a waiting area with entertainment such as books, games and television with a two-way mirror where you can sit back and relax while you while you watch your pet being groomed.

• We also offer behavioural therapy for dogs with International Award Winning Animal Behaviourist Gautam Kari as well as dog training courses.

• We have a dedicated retail space for all kinds of pet products.

• We offer space for all kinds of  pet celebrations such as birthdays, photo-shoots, paw-parties, socialization events etc. 

 

2. Do you offer training for dogs?

 

Our founder & CEO, Gautam Kari, is an international award winning animal behaviourist who has developed his own methods of training using a combination of positive reinforcement, alpha dog method and scientific training methods. He specializes in working with pet dogs and solving nuisance behaviours. In addition to this, we also host dog training courses  and events by specialized trainers.

 

3. Do you have boarding for pets?

​

• Yes. We have boarding options for pets of varying sizes which can accommodate small and large breeds. Currently we only board dogs but will be coming up with a cattery soon.

• Our facility is cage-free with each dog assigned to a single handler who is responsible for the all the pets' needs. 

• Boarding schedule:

  • ​Morning pets are relieved and fed their breakfast by 8.00 AM.  

  • Post breakfast, pets are taken to the pool and play area. By 11.30 AM they are retired to the respective areas and fed lunch by 01.00 PM. 

  • Pets do rest till 04.00 PM and are brought to the agility area again in the evening for a canine enrichment experience. 

  • Pets are retired by 08.00 PM and fed dinner and put to bed by 9.30 PM.

5. What kind of grooming services do you offer?

 

Our grooming partners Scoopy Scrub Goa is India's first professional grooming salon with over 49+ branches across India. We offer a full service menu which includes aroma therapy bath, pet hygiene, breed specific styling, show grooming and much more. 6. What are the timings for the resort?

​

We open at 9.30 AM and close by 6.30 PM. We do accommodate special requests for timings based on an additional charge.

7. What documentation is required before I board my dog?

 

We require the following documents before boarding any dog:

 

• Complete vaccination details

• Check-in Form duly filled

• Resort Policies & Boarding & Services Agreement & Waiver duly signed.

• Full payment in advance
